Title- Project Coordinator OR Business Analyst
Exp - Minimum 2 yrs
Salary- Upto 5 lacs
Employee: Strength : 700+
Skill Sets: Client Servicing,Responsible for Deliveries, Content Management and Content Planning.
Schedule flexibility to accommodate project deadlines.
Coordination with Translators & Project Managers for successful execution of translation projects.
The management of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment.
Helps facilitate the Project Manager in the day to day running of projects.
Monitoring and controlling projects status.
Managing project finances, including budgeting.
Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with translators and Clients globally.
Collaborate with teams to create, implement, and maintain appropriate client- or project-specific procedures, solutions, checklists and instructions.
Resolve questions and issues in a timely and effective manner for translators and internal teams.
Manage the timely flow of all localization project actions from initiation to delivery, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations.
Daily Project update to Project Manager.
Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements and handling emails, answering Clients calls, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates.
