Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers: The Sales Executive will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.
2. Achieve sales targets: The Sales Executive will be expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products or services to customers.
3. Conduct market research: The Sales Executive will need to conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
4. Cold calling and lead generation: The Sales Executive will be required to cold call potential customers, generate leads, and follow up on sales inquiries to drive revenue growth.

1. Excellent communication skills: The candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and convey product information.
2. Sales and marketing knowledge: A solid understanding of sales and marketing techniques is essential for success in this role.

4. Proven track record: The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a BPO sales, call center, telecaller, or telesales role.
5. Competitive spirit: The Sales Executive should be driven by a competitive spirit and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment.
