Job Overview:
We are Seeking a Motivated and Results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to Join Our Sales Team. the Primary Responsibility of this Role is to Generate Leads, Make Outbound Calls to Potential Customers, Explain Our Products/services, and Close Sales. the Ideal Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, a Persuasive Personality, and the Ability to Meet and Exceed Targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make Outbound Calls to Potential Customers from Provided Leads.
introduce and Explain Company Products or Services to Prospects, Addressing Any Questions or Concerns.
convert Leads Into Sales By Effectively Communicating the Benefits and Features of Products/services.
maintain Detailed Records of Customer Interactions, Follow-up Calls, and Outcomes in the Crm System.
achieve and Exceed Sales Targets On a Regular Basis.
follow Up with Customers Who have Shown Interest But have Not Yet Made a Purchase.
build Strong Relationships with Clients and Provide Exceptional Customer Service.
gather Feedback from Customers and Report Back to the Management for Continuous Improvement.
stay Updated with Product Knowledge and Sales Techniques to Improve the Quality of Calls.
Skills and Qualifications:
proven Experience in Telecalling, Sales, or Customer Service (0-2 Years Preferred).
strong Verbal Communication Skills with the Ability to Speak Clearly and Persuasively.
excellent Negotiation and Problem-solving Skills.
goal-oriented and Self-motivated to Achieve High Sales Performance.
graduate or Equivalent; a Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a Related Field is a Plus.
