Job Description

As a Telesales Executive, your role will focus on generating sales over the phone and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will work from our office in Kirti Nagar and are expected to contribute to the company's growth through effective communication and sales strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Initiate Calls:** Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services, ensuring you engage them effectively.

- **Understand Customer Needs:** Identify and understand customer requirements by asking relevant questions, allowing you to offer tailored solutions.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards monthly sales goals set by the team and track your performance regularly to ensure you meet or exceed expectations.

- **Maintain Records:** Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our database to help in tracking customer preferences and follow-ups.

- **Provide Excellent Customer Service:** Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience that encourages future business.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred, demonstrating your ability to sell effectively over the phone.

- A degree in B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, or B.Com is required, as this background will support your understanding of business principles.

- Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.

- you should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and company offerings.

- Proficiency in basic computer skills will be required to manage customer records and sales data effectively.
